Quotation Rules for Pleated Garments Order

We have formed a set of internal SOP (Standard Process) for quotation. Our quotation system is standardized and reliable; please feel free to consult us.

1. Fabric Usage

As the core basis for quotation, the fabric usage of pleated garments is usually 2-3 times that of regular flat garments (adjusted by pleat type and density). Quotation is calculated based on actual fabric usage and unit price.

2. Pleating Process Cost

It is divided into machine pleating and manual pleating according to customer needs. The two have different costs, which will be calculated separately.

3. Printing Requirements

  • Printing necessity: No extra cost for no printing; printing cost will be added if needed.
  • Printing style and requirements: Printing type (e.g., positioning printing, AI vector texture), area will affect the cost, which will be accurately matched.

4. Sewing Complexity

The complexity of sewing directly affects labor costs, and the quotation will be calculated according to the style requirements.

5. Order Quantity

Step quotation is adopted: the more the order quantity, the lower the unit cost (fabric, process, labor) and the more favorable the quotation. Small-batch customized orders (e.g., sampling, small trial orders) have relatively higher unit costs, which will be reasonably calculated.

6. Accessory Costs

Accessory costs are calculated separately according to customer needs, including buttons, tassel craftsmanship, zippers, belts, etc. Prices vary by material and specification, and will be included in the total quotation based on actual usage.
